    Hi,
I am new to this website, I must say I have found wonderful advice, streches one can do while at work or traveling and lots of good comments from loyal readers.

Dr. Bookspan, I have a torn meniscus in my knee, should I continue doing squats at the gym? (I see many times from the advice you have been giving, is the way we do things, rather than the actual injury that's making it worse..)

    Kindest regards
    Nina
